How to buy our products Our family farm offers products in three main areas — exclusive organic grass-fed meat, breeding animals and cattle for further finishing.
1. Ordering organic beef We do not operate an industrial production line, so fresh beef is sold in batches three to five times a year. Each time, top-quality meat is prepared from three to four carefully selected cattle.
Butchered and vacuum-packed meat: The meat is professionally butchered, packaged and offered in a set range of cuts and boxes.
How does ordering work?
Before each batch of meat is prepared, we send the current offer and collection dates by email or WhatsApp to everyone on our customer list.
Customers reserve the cuts they would like and agree a collection time.

2. Lamb and the sheep sector (by individual request) We also supply our organic lamb and mutton, as well as breeding sheep, by working personally with every customer:
Lamb and mutton: Offered by individual arrangement to customers looking for clean, pasture-raised meat.
Breeding sheep and ewes: We offer German Merino Local (VMV) breeding animals to farms and enthusiasts, with personal contact and individual arrangements.
3. Breeding animals and cattle for further finishing The genetics of the farm’s cattle herd are purposefully developed by combining the qualities of extensive Galloway and Red Angus breeds:
For breeding: Purebred and crossbred breeding calves, heifers and bulls with excellent immunity, ideally suited to organic and regenerative cattle farming.
For further finishing: Calves and young cattle raised from an early age on natural meadow grass and their mothers’ milk, suitable for pasture-based finishing.
