THE OWNERS’ FULL STORY
Rural tourism and relaxation: Visiting grassland farmers Rural tourism on our farm is not mass entertainment — it is an open, educational and authentic setting for like-minded people, customers and nature lovers. We believe in transparency and are happy to share our experience.
What we offer our guests and our plans for the future: For prospective and existing meat customers: We offer the opportunity to see first-hand how our products are produced. You can see for yourself how our herds live and what they eat, gaining an understanding of the difference between industrial farming and clean, grass-fed meat.
For families with children: A wonderful opportunity to show children real rural life and introduce them to the farm’s varied animal family — cattle, sheep, goats, geese, ducks, chickens and turkeys in their everyday surroundings.
Sharing experience with farmers and enthusiasts: We are happy to share practical knowledge about rotational grazing, winter bale grazing, natural meadow management and a sustainable family farming model.
An oasis of peace by the pond and a sauna: The farm already has a landscaped relaxation area by the pond. In the future, we plan to add a rural sauna for slow and undisturbed restoration of energy.
A Latvian native plant trail and a heritage tree for sauna guests: A pleasant addition for future sauna visitors and holidaymakers will be an educational trail. Rather than artificial planting, it will feature our own native plants characteristic of Latvian nature. The trail’s particular pride and the farm’s natural treasure is a heritage goat willow, a rare size for a tree of this species.
